Native Integrations

Mailchimp

Sync: Attendees → Audience list
Data: Name, email, event attended, ticket type
Trigger: Immediate on purchase

HubSpot

Sync: Attendees → Contacts
Data: Full attendee profile + custom properties
Trigger: Immediate + lifecycle events

Salesforce

Sync: Attendees → Leads or Contacts
Data: Configurable field mapping
Trigger: Immediate or batched

Configuration

Set up CRM integration:

  2. 2Select your CRM platform
  3. 3Authenticate with OAuth or API key
  4. 4Map BrightStar fields to CRM fields
  5. 5Select which events to sync
  6. 6Enable real-time or batched sync
  7. 7Test with a sample attendee

Webhook Integration

For CRMs without native integration, use webhooks:

1. Set up webhook endpoint in your CRM 2. Configure order.created webhook in BrightStar 3. Map payload fields to CRM fields 4. Process attendees via API
